Our Goals
When beginning a search we typically make 100-150 phone calls with the goal of identifying 3-5 highly qualified candidates as our job isn't to inundate our clients with resumes but rather, to make their decision easier. With this in mind, we ensure each candidate meets four particular criteria including...
*they are qualified for the position based on our clients needs
*they are interested in the opportunity and want to move forward
*they are in the correct salary range
*they are interested for the right reasons and are ready to interview immediately
2
Detailed Intake Sessions
Our unparalleled attention to detail is what allows us to take a true "quality over quantity" approach. Through our detailed intake sessions we gain an understanding of not only the position, but the strengths and weaknesses of our clients businesses to ensure we can accurately represent them as we go about identifying that perfect candidate.
3
Sourcing Candidates
We do not use job boards as our robust database of pet product professionals enables us to quickly identify and secure top talent regardless of location. We have multiple in-depth discussions to understand a candidate's qualifications, motivations for change, compensation expectations and more to ensure the correct fit and eliminate the chance of a mis-hire.
4
Candidate Submissions
Our best-in-class submission process allows our clients to have a strong understanding of an individual before an initial interview. Our candidate profiles clearly layout our candidates compensation requirements, their qualifying experience, motivations for change and their responses to a small set of preliminary interview questions that are specifically tailored to meet the needs of our clients.
5
Weekly Updates
At the end of each week we send a "weekly status report" to illustrate to our clients how many conversations we've had, candidates in process, marketplace trends and feedback from our conversations which allows our clients to keep their fingers on the pulse of what's being accomplished.
6
Offers and Negotiations
We take a hands on approach when aiding through negotiations and offers to ensure all parties have the information needed to create a true win-win scenario. Our clients can expect to receive a detailed compensation outline post-final interview which clearly represents our candidates expectations and mitigates the need for negotiation.

Post-Acceptance Follow Ups
To ensure long-lasting relationships with out clients and candidates alike we conduct regularly scheduled follow ups to gauge how a new hire is performing and understand any hiring needs that have arisen.
