We do what we say and say what we do. SearchPath of Columbus is committed to full transparency with our clients and candidates, consistent follow ups, and never wasting their time. We attend the trade shows, we have an extensive network, and we love being a part of this industry. Why do I need to use a recruiter?

If your job posts are getting a bunch of unqualified candidates OR you are inundated with resumes and don’t have the time or resources to qualify them and narrow it down, that’s where we can help. But sometimes, you don’t need a recruiter. If you are finding great candidates with your own network and company posts, then keep doing that.

Can't I use any recruiting firm?

Not if you want expertise in the pet industry. We recently had a company reach out to us that worked with two other firms to find a National Sales Manager and was disappointed with the results. They had a specific skillset they were looking for and the other firms were not hitting the mark. Within two weeks we had presented four candidates that checked every box. We are successful because we have the network in place to know exactly who to call based on what our clients are looking for and because we know the pet industry inside and out.
